These brand new products promise to entertain the whole family asiPieces activates amazing special effects on your iPad.

We was sent the Fishing game this allows you to  experience the challenge of catching a fish with your rod. The Fishing Game comes alive as you try and catch as many fish as you can. To catch a fish, you need to use your iPieces fishing rod to catch a fish when it opens its mouth, and then drag it into your bucket. But watch out – there’s a hungry heron flying above that will try and sneak a fish from your bucket, to stop the heron from stealing your fish you will need to cover your bucket with your iPiece fishing rod. The Fishing Game provides hours of fun for little ones. iPieces Fishing Game contains four iPieces fishing rods and the downloadable app which you will need to download from your Ipads app store (free of charge ).

When we first played the fishing game we had a lot of fun trying to catch the fish but now the novelty has wore of because once you have caught the last fish has been caught you just start all over again which made this game a little boring. I think it would have been better if there were more game options, maybe time challenges, add some bonus fish. I use to love the fishing game when i was younger it was so much fun, i find the fishing game for the Ipad is a little difficult as you can all become a little tangled with all four people trying to catch fish and dragging them across the screen to place them into your bucket, the Ipad is just not big enough for four people all at once. I also think there should have been a few more fish as the game was over in minutes as there was very little to catch, i think everyone should have had their own colour fish to catch to match their fishing rod to make the game a little more challenging.
Apart from that i think the fishing game is great for 1 to 2 players so you both have space to catch the fish and drag them to your bucket with out having to worry about damaging your Ipad as child can become a little frustrated and argue.
I think next time i would choose snakes & ladders or Goose.

We give the fishing game 3/5

iPieces has been developed alongside the downloadable app, bringing each game to life through stunning visual animation and entertaining sound effects. These games can be enjoyed at home or on car journeys, makingiPieces the perfect addition to any iPad.
